ONE disturbing practice as political parties make their rounds
among the grassroots is the decision by many to shy away from
having a conversation with opposition party members.
Singaporeans should be mature enough to engage in discussion
with opposition candidates and use the opportunity to compare them
with People's Action Party (PAP) candidates. Let us welcome
opposition parties when they call on us and not avoid them. They
deserve as much respect as PAP members.
These opposition candidates should be given due recognition for
taking the bold step to stand with the opposition, a step many
Singaporeans refuse to take.

I'll continue to do that. They exist only to oppose, not to make
correct decisions and such.
The various opposition parties actually went and decide who
shall take which GRC, which ward, and so on. Are you sure they are
doing it for Singaporeans, or themselves?
