PAP is very smart. They brought in alot of new citizens over the last few years who are expected to vote them.

I think many young voters are swing voters.

In the future, the youth shall decide the outcome of election.

Swing votes can be very dangerous.

As long as they are still in power, they wouldn't care much about the dip in supporters votes if it's only a few percent. They will only start to worry when the precentage drop is high or when they lose more seats.
