IN THE audience at the forum last night was Mr Andrew Kuan, a
failed hopeful during the 2005 contest for an elected
president.
In the past week he has indicated on Facebook that he intends to
contest the coming general election as an independent
candidate.
Mr Kuan, 56, who runs his own business consultancy, Blue Arrow,
attended the forum alone and left midway.
He did not ask any questions.
Contacted by The Straits Times earlier this week, he declined to
respond to questions, saying only that he would talk 'after
Christmas'.
Mr Kuan was a former group chief financial officer of JTC
Corporation.
