The opposition should announce that they will be contesting
all GRCs and SMCs, to confuse the election department so
they will be cracking their heads as to how to redraw the
boundary. 
What a good idea.
Why not one week say contest here, next week say contest there,
then another week say not contesting.
From east to west, then to north to south.
Make them work hard at least once in every 5 years.
