It's in a building called The Bencoolen from Sim Lim, cross the
traffic light pedestrian crossing, on the right.
At the side of the building facing Ocean Garments (or O.G for
short), right in the middle, theres two lan shops on the second
floor(dun go into the building itself), the entrance is on the
outside. 2 stairs in between a chinese traditional medicine shop(i
think so) and a shop selling bags.
