Anyone remember Bishan used to have a carnival?

From my memories, I remebered that Bishan used to have a carnival almost every week or month. If I'm not wromg the carnival was at the open field opposite Bishan CC ( Now occupied by Skyhabitat and Skyvue). Anyone can remember that?

sigh its really hard to find carnivals like that these days

there is a uncle ringo carnival near Sembawang MRT now. Former Sungei Road market hawkers are there too for about two weeks.
