I went shopping at DOrothy Perkins at Bishan,

Nozielawati. i bought a dress 2 weeks ago, i tried it in the mall -
it did not fit me well, hencei came back to the shop to change the
size. the tag was still intact, 2 weeks later, i went back to the
shop to buy a blouse, i wanted to use my fashion forward card but
Norzielawati refused my card, she wanted my IC instead. and claimed
they were going to stop using the card. i was even being told by
the manager and the cashier that i cannot use the card ever again.
why is that so? i see other people using the cards at the shop, and
my card was being refused? it is not civil or fair that this has
happened to me. i even asked if i was still a member and was told i
am.. what happens if i forgot my ic? what is the use of the fashion
forward card if i need to produce my ic when i need to use it? i am
a regular customer there and yet i am being treated like this! bad
service!
