Basalt is the main component of silica, aluminum
oxide, iron oxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide (as well as a
small amount of potassium, sodium oxide), which the largest silica
content, about 40 to 15 percent fifty or so. basalt color, more
common in black, dark brown or dark green. Its dense texture, its
specific gravity than granite, limestone, sandstone, shale are
heavier. But some basalt particularly because of the pores, the
weight will be reduced, even in the water can float. So, to put
this light porous basalt, called "pumice."
Basalt crusher large
number of output per hour, basalt is hard and tough, and higher
silicon content of the material, are more difficult to break in the
actual crushing operations, the high cost of broken material.
Therefore, the design of the crushing process, as the choice of
laminated crushing principle of equipment to reduce the loss of
wear parts, the typical laminating equipment configuration is
two-plus broken jaw or jaw crusher cone crusher process configuration.
If the client on the final stone grain type have higher
requirements, you can configure a back-breaking integral-broken,
thus forming a three-stage crushing process
configuration.
Basalt crusher biggest
feature is the ability to produce high quality stone grain type,
have broken with the double integer performance; grain type good
building stone can give a better mechanical performance increase, a
higher price in the market. There are large basalt crusher jaw
crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher and so on, where different
models yield different, when production from tens to hundreds of
tons of tons of both.
Crushing exactly how
much of a present, the market for the production of stone crusher
models are many, jaw crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher and so
on, the effect is still the best stone crusher Heavy production
number Vico cone crusher and jaw crusher. Crusher models selected
according to the needs of the customer's production, the material
requirements may be, there are great changes in its price, there
are also tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands, the specific
