ha ha ha. This is laughable.
The dogs are put into a metal floor chamber, and then douse with
water, and the metal door closed. A Bangla would then press the red
button. Thousands of volts of electricity would send the dogs
screaming, and can be heard even through the steel doors.
The next day, they have to recruit a new Bangla, because the
previous one can't do it again.
