He cannot be the only one engaging in such corruption. The
question is how did the authorities get to know about this ?

abroad. So you can’t help but wonder if the organisation had
already earned itself an international reputation that the only way
to get thro the tenders is to have sex with the chief..what a
disgrace!
Obviously this man felt he had thepower enough to get away with
what he was doing. Moreover two of the women were married women!
Did theyhave the consent of their husbands that this is part of
their job specification-marketing by seduction?
The companies involved are still employing those women. Does it
mean they actually approve andperhaps even colluded in such
”’marketing tactics”?

Must be he boasted while on overseas trip.
