In some countries, if a company hire someone that is not proper
train for the job and cause an accident, the management will be
charge in court for negligence of duty. Recall reading something
like these PRC driver had no driving experience before and only
have something like 1-3 months of training before they take up the
jobs. So is the management in the bus company negligence in their
duty for properly train the staffs that they hire. Must the person
that do the hiring be charge in court. Not to sure do sg have such
laws like most of the countries, maybe not as it involve some
elites.

minister of defence and manpower
and various other people not qualified for their portfolio?
