This recent fiasco by LHL to increase
productivity is a big load of bull.
So what if your company’s producitvity is increasing?
Does that guarantee your boss will definitely give you a
raise?
More or less, they still lay you off and hire the cheaper,
better, faster ~
LHL always have a hidden agenda from
everything that comes out from his mouth.
Wages raise when productivity raise, definitely.
But not the wages of the common folk, its the PAP coliation that’ll only benefit from this because
their bonuses are directly linked to the GDP
!!
Does he even the true crux of productivity? Or what actually
drives productivity?
Hes seriously missing out on the word “Motivation”.
You want productivity when you’re not doing a shlt for the
