A SINGAPORE passport holder's surname and first/middle names
should be clearly identified.
It is the convention in Singapore to place the surname first,
but this is not the practice in many countries.
To avoid confusion, a clear identification of the surname is
advisable, given the paramount importance of the passport as a
document of identity.
