But I feel all the efforts to promote all these have gone down the drain the moment govt decided to prositute the country and open its legs to allow the mass penetration of foreigners inside.

Whats the point of talking among racial harmony when people living next door or people standing beside me in the train are aliens?

The flavours of the year are now "integration and acceptance" of foreigners and the "embracing' of each others cultures! You must understand that on the one hand we are supposedly an economically developed country, but on the other hand socially and culturally we are still forever babies "evolving" This is so , because we are still a young nation always, and continually importing new compatriots to share in our golden Monarco of the East! Please! please! please do not say that the government is"prostituting" the country, unless you consider all golden Monarcians of the East are prostitutes! Horrors! we are certainly not! or are we? You may think those on the trains are aliens but by now you must realise that PRs are usually classified in the same catagories as Singaporeans! So whenever you see statistics e.g. " Now Singaporeans account for 80% of new flat purchases" remind yourself it actually includes foreign citizens too! ( afterall tonnes of them foreigners have Spore PRs anyway !) We just got to live with all these inaccuracies because these morons have their own " inaccurate ways " of presenting facts and figures. But it's ok- once we know it has lots of inaccuracies we "accept" all these so call facts as inaccuracies!

I have learn to live with ft,have no problem with most of the ft,but theres one country that i hate most,they cant ‘use’ simple english,but yet we find them in our 7eleven ,ntuc or at most of the major store,their country man talks so loud,i can even hear them at 1km away. This are the real trash.
