Looks like all efforts at cooling the property market ain’t
working well….Imagine HDB flats approaching a
million dollars on the resale market! Looks like the majority of
Singaporeans and PRs in Singapore , are going to be millionaires?
Or maybe just “airs” since if they sell -its simply downgrade to a
smaller HDB or emigrate to JB Batam or
Bintan…..
