I am not sure whether anybody notices that Singapore begin to
lose her clean and green image already. You can find litter
everywhere! Even on top of ATM machine, you can find bubble tea cup
left behind like as if ATM machine is a trash can. Despite the
high fine for littering ($300) and 2nd time $500 + corrective work
order, why there are increasing number of litters in
Singapore?
I have one solution, why not make the people your ally, if you
can produce an evidence and particular for a person who litters,
you get 100 out of 300 of the fine. You are given authority to stop
that person, if you already have evidence and drag him/her to
police station.
Like that everybody fears everybody and nobody litters unless
they are rich...even you are willing to sell out your friend for
$100.
If the person got CWO, you can get him to clean your house, wash
your car or anything that is legal :).
