Removing the top and bra is because the nurses need to check the full spine length. From the neck to the buttcrack there, the spine is that long The bra will hinder the examination process.

when i was in primary school, I was also carrying a lot of books in a big bag. seems like it is still the same for the last 20 plus years, no change at all.

the school bag consists on textbooks, workbooks and notebooks. the teachers should address this by telling the students to leave the books under their desk before they go home. best is the school to install a locker or cabinet for the kids to put their books there before they go home.
