Which other country uses language that is alien to majority of
it's people as dominant language?
Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Paraguay, Bolivia, Guatemala, Suriname,
many of the countries in the carribean, Indonesia, most of the
countries in Africa, etc. I would say it is quite common
:-/
