Yes, a relative of mine worked with the lady at the Social
Welfare Department in the 50’s. She was well-liked by colleagues
and a very humble individual. No airs about her!
Despite Dr Goh being a brilliant leader, respect and admiration
for him by those in the older generation, are somewhat scarred, by
his eventual divorce of this lady, for someone incomparable.
