I believe certain chemicals in their brains or body cause them
to be stupid, no medicine can cure 
Symtoms they have , the common one is see someone cry go soft
give the someone the chance to bring in more trouble.
People with symtoms like that give in to crocodile tears
easily, the stupidity genes in them are active.
Many are genetically stupid, no amount of fish will help
them.
