Niche has been in S’pore before even Subway set up their sandwiches
chain here. The kuehs of Subway Niche are authentic and delicious.
Their mee siam and nasi lemak can be found in the Paragon branch. I
can only hope the Courts do not favour foreign big business at the
expense of a local small business built up over time.
