There is no need to generalise that giving freebies to the poor
is contagious, by the way you spelt contagious wrongly.
Not all poor are as you think they are. I don't
deny some poor people take advantage but not everyone of them do
the same. Have a heart for the poor!

in driving up in Mercedes to grab free text books meant for the
poor.
You have to take into account human nature. There are always
smart aleck about who will take advantage, and others who would
join in.
Everything in life is generalisation in some degree, and from
