Anything he does not like, does not serve his purpose, he
destroys. Our dialect root is destroyed.
He is so successful to brainwash Chinese that Mandarin is the
mother tongue , I was silly to believe. I was
awaken only when my friend said our root is our own dialects.

He never fought for independence of Singapore, he never fought

For example, the stories of Dalforce fighting Japanese could be
used to build nationalism in Singapore.
But Lee Kuan Yew dare not mention them.
Because he himself collaborated with japanese in WWII.
How on earth do you expect someone who worked for Japanese to
promote stories on people who fought against the Japanese?
When
asked to lay down their lives to fight the invaders, it was
surprising that 3,000 volunteers, mostly Chinese, had paid no heed
to their own interest when making a conscious decision to join the
Dalforce in trying to repel the Japs.

because since most were migrants, nobody thought that they would
find Nationalism in their souls.
