The youngest of his six victims was only 11 years old; the
oldest 41, and they were all molested between January and March
this year.
On Thursday, Jeremy Yeo Ming Che, 16, was placed on probation
for three years for using criminal force to outrage their modesty.
The part-time airport porter was also ordered to perform 60 hours
of community service and his parents had to sign a $5,000 bond to
ensure his good conduct.
A psychiatric report tendered by the prosecution stated that Yeo
has paedophilia, which refers to a primary or exclusive sexual
interest in children aged 13 years or younger. As such, it was
recommended that the teen should undergo the Positive Adolescent
Sexuality Treatment programme run by the Ministry of Community
Development, Youth and Sports. He should also attend mandatory
counselling and supervision while under probation, the Institute of
Mental Health psychiatrist had added.
When Yeo pleaded guilty in July, the court heard that his
hunting grounds were the void decks and lift lobbies of flats in
Tampines.
