them for quiter some time.
These job seekers can even go up to buildings and ask point
blank for jobs.
I came across a couple of this people when I was visiting
Stardub building, bloody hell, they just waked into the building
without checking at the security counter.
They get shooed away by the Stardub building management people,
but the security people who are locals also get scolded for not
checking them.
