The guy is already a slave. Give him a break.
He earns less than the maid.
Not to mention 2 years of his youth rotting away in that
environment, and major setback in his studies/career, and having to
go back for reservice after (risking fines due to equipment loss)
or worse, and compromising his pay (especially those who are
working for commission, or productivity-based
pay/career-progression) and job opportinuties to females and
foreign-talents especially if he has to do RT.
And this also goes to show why females CAN also
serve NS.
