There is WDA, CDAC and various town council have a list of
job at their precinct.
There are jobs that they don't want.
There are jobs that don't want them.
There are no jobs that are just right for them.
Best bet for them is to go for reskilling, but they must get a
surrogate employer first.
There are abuses as after the training they don't want to work,
don't want to pay the penalty.
And they become angry the government don't give
them eazy job, with good pay, good working hours, and
wonderful benefits.
Ask them what job they want to do, they can do, they
will say " Don't Know"
