Raising a kid is no joke.
Lots of money that was spend on the kids, from baby to poly or
U, all involved money.
If really want to review the policies on marriage and
parenthold, the ministers need to seriously pump in tons of money
to help the couples. Helping them at initial stage is no use. Lots
of money spend especially kid goes to primary, secondary and
poly/JC. Not to say U. All is money. Not enough money? Dont give
birth.
