What is mind game?

Recently I heard fm my departmental colleague that his manager love to play "mind games' with his staff. The manager is very good at this. Thus his staff was not happy with this tactics.

What is mind games that manager use against his staff?

Can give example?

What can be done to counter this? What is the solution?

I also suspect my own manager using this tactics (mind games) against us.

Since I am really bored, I think I shall reply u. Why do u want to counter or solution? What do u stand to lose? As long as you are confident in your job, why do u need to worry? I would think at the worst is to ask u work extra or make you guys work harder. That is what his objective. If u not sure on the answer above, then wait till u kana then think of a solution. Dont worry about things that you cannot forsee. Cheers!
