I can empathise with the victim but rule no.1: since when has
the world changed for one man?
If you are talking about a neighbourhood who keeps dogs and
their gates often open, then perhaps you shouldn't be rearing these
furry pets. If not, shift to another place, ultimately it's your
decision to adopt these pets. When they get attacked, owner bears a
good degree of responsibility....why did you even subject them to
such risk?
Alternatively, get a rottweiller and your dog should be the
safest since he's the biggest and fiercest.
