hi, u might wanna email the social work dept to find out if
there's an interview. their email is on the dept website. i've
written in before and they've been quite helpful. :)
hmm but fr what i heard fr friends, social work is very xiong
cos it involves projects and many, many hours of field work. at
this time, before uni, it's best to think of what u wanna do
in future wif ur degree. if u're not interested in being a
social worker next time (helping pple, feeling stressed by
pple with all sorts of problems), it's best u try for smth
else. do think abt whether u wan tt kind of job next time before u
apply. :)
of course if u really have a passion for social work, then just
go for it. u also need not study it at nus... there are other
places tt offer the degree. u can check out http://www.sasw.org.sg/site/ for more details
on the other courses. hope this can help u when u make ur
decision...
