For those who really likes/loves heavy rain and floods, you
probably going to enjoy the next few years in Singapore, because
they will come more and more frequent.
For those who still has no idea what is going on, it is wise to
have a disaster recovery plan in case of massive flooding in
Singapore. Low-lying areas, basements, tunnels etc, should be
classified as "high risk".
If you know what happened in Australia recently, you will know
that this is really a serious matter.
For people who prefers to whine/complaint about SG.GOV or PUB
not doing enough to prevent floods, I hope that you will understand
that a lot of events happening is beyond the control of human
beings.
I understand why the SG.GOV wants to hide information from its
people but if they are smart/wise, they should prepare Singaporeans
to face the reality or at least inform us about the weather
changes.
