That's $35m for one HDB block in today's dollars. In future, when each HDB costs on average $1m each....one block costs $100m. 10,000 HDBs will cost ....wah how to count lol. Trillions? If every singaporean wants to sell their HDB for retirement....the govt will surely introduce a measure to manage that.

You may also required to pay a monthly free for failed investment..So I'd rather be in r/S , than getting married. Unless I really sure that she's the right one, I wont get married.

Junyang700 SG LOL... my neighbour doesnt care about her children.. the only job she did was to give birth to the baby... after tat the husband must feed the child for him... tat day i saw her walking in towards the lift, totally ignoring her hubby and baby on hand... she did not even press the doors open button for her hubby who is carrying the baby... walking behind her.... imagine wad happens if the door closes?
