police have to handle many cases. and those than results in death
or big big people prsecuting then they place on priority and move.
1 or 2 isolated cases in the span of 1-2 years probably if the
victims never follow up like a bloodhood they also close it or
shelf it aside. who knows there may be more victims who never make
any report. maybe they don;t know the proper procedure or made but
not escalated to higher priority.
the news never report all the deatisl, or rather many minor details
that the police department will never release. the blade broken of
a scene of crime, finger prints, hair shirt fabric skin all can
trace to the slasher and origin. the photofit also help. with that
the police can round down to the age group, gender, race. also when
the case got media following, escalated to the top with victim's
pursue for the outcome then more people willbe mobiilized. since
this case means a killer is on the loose and his inntention is to
kill, insane, mercilessly. it wouldn't be too dificult for the
investigaotrs to round down the killer's social group. his age may
mean he is still serving NS. and since this killer has been awol in
the navy, his absence date and time a perfect fit with the time the
murders occur, then when the plice focus on this information and
get the NSF in for questioning it will soon come to the light if
the murders were in fact his work.
