5million population in such a small island. no wonder mrts and
buses are filled to the brim/max even in off peak hours. I once
took a train at 11pm, still alot of people packed in the mrt, as
though it is peak hour in the mornings and evenings.
Peak shopping hours just ended at 11pm. That's why you saw so many
people heading home at 11pm. Most of the shopping malls close 10.30
- 11pm.
