Handcuffed means singled out. Unless you are a criminal who has
committed an offence, the police should not have handcuffed a
journalist from the press who is on duty to capture
pictures for curious people. Is the use of handcuffed an
overpower used instead of using stern verbal warning.
The human dignity is fragile that by being single out as a bad
guy notably that he did not committed any offences at all
with all the crowd watches on is a violation of
human rights. The rights of the press to report news and snapping
photos is not overboard that warrant a set of handcuff. I hope the
SPF may look into this matter on their use of legitimate equiments
on people.
