In the author's letter, I cannot make out the link between
monkey bars, and sliding down.
From what I can surmise from his letter, I think both he and his
friend couldn't afford to stay in a incumbent party ward because of
rising TC fees, so had no choice but to go move to an opposition
ward instead.
There is more to it than meets the eye.
