Last year, more than 8,000 summons were issued, with 40 per cent
of those coming from the East Coast Park alone.
This despite the 1,000 odd bins dotted all over the park which
sees up to 7 million visitors annually.
'We will follow NEA's stipulation in their anti littering
campaign. NParks, where suitable, will consider implementing
Community Work Order (CWO) in NParks,' said NParks spokesperson

That means if you litter, you may end up cleaning the trash.
