yup! so hw was ur tp, Elysium7? good? mine is in 3 wks time....................... Neutral haha. i finally get to go into the circuit liao. i was like @#!* coz d roads r so small cramp n narrow sia!! tink i too used to all the big big roads le. small narrow road i abit stress.

Haha goes like this, I had my first TP last thursday. Very nervous, so I made mistakes I never done before on circuit and stuff, and on the road as well, so I failed..
But then because I'm leaving the country in 2 weeks for studies, I appealed to get a possible retest before I leave and I got one for this morning at 11:45. I had circuit training this morning with my instructor and I sucked, made tons of mistakes so I was nervous again before my test. But somehow in the test, I got no points in the circuit! But then on the road I got 18... Laughing
No major mistakes, just stupid careless small ones, but a pass is a pass! Just scraped it though Very Happy

WA so lucky! so retest so fast.

When tester want to pass you but see that you still not very good but still want to pass you, tester will purposely give 18 points or so la...Making you think you scrape through so that you will be a responsible driver next time.

Yeah i think I agree, haha 3 of my friends also got 18 points on the re-test. I think if the tester can see that you are well able to drive, they will give you quite a few minor demerit points and tell you to learn from them, but still pass you. Thats what he told me 'I can see you can drive, but there are still some things that you have to work on'. It's really up to them if they want to pass you or not, they can always add points here or there to fail you if they really wanted to and didn't think you were ready.

Lucky I had test at 11:45 at BBDC, roads were really quiet so didn't have to worry at all about lane changing or congestion Very Happy

haiz.. failed mine this afternoon. i tink i got the hardest test route for cdc. perhaps it's becoz im the youngest there and im given tt route so tt i wun pass easily lol.. coz during balloting.. i take out the paper from the balloting box, before even showing the tester in charged, he tell me the route i kena liao lol. i din look at it either.. went out to main route, tons of cars. super heavy traffic and messy road.. demerit points for overtaking and changing lane is enuff to kill me liao. circuit was ok. Crying or Very sad

nxt date is 3mth later knn.. any idea how to bring forward if ppl cancel?~!

Are you private candidate? If yes, you must very lucky to get your retest within only 7 days from your first attempt upon your successful appeal. Anyway, wish you all the best for your studies. Wink

Yep I'm private candidate, I was very suprised also that I was able to get retest so fast, I mean I wasn't expecting to be able to get another one before I leave but figured it was worth a shot to try and appeal! Though at BBDC it's quite difficult because I had to get my Dad to come along and bring quite a lot of stuff like university letter and air ticket receipts for them to consider the appeal

Don't be so discouraged by your failure on your TP today. You always can try your best to pass TP on your next attempt Wink

If you are school candidate, the chance of getting retest slot within next 14 days is 5 to 10%. Try to check your account every 1 - 3 hour at the night. The probability of getting earlier test date cancelled by other people at the night is quite higher than the probability at the morning or afternoon. It all depend on the luck.

I have 2 friends from BBDC. Yes, both were school candidate... You know what? I know you would say it's very crazy to do this. But I tell you ... They kept checking their account every 1 or 2 hour just after they failed their TP on that day. Of course, they were too depressed so they took hassle to get the earliest retest slot... My first friend took 3 days (while checking his account every 1 - 3 hours) to get the earliest retest slot which is just 9 days away from the previous test slot. Another friend of mine just took 7 hours (checking her account every 1 hour straight away after she failed her TP) to book for her next test slot which was just 5 days later. Both my friends passed their TP on their next attempt. Mr. Green

But for CDC and SSDC, I am not sure though. Anyone else can enlighten this? Laughing

wow!!! gong xi for passing wor~~~! i juz started gg to circuit... i somehow feel tat d circuit is much much harder den on d road leh. esp for those s course, keep mounting kerb Embarassed cant seem to pass d course w/o mounting kerb. btw in real life whre got dis kind of road de??? haha....

Haha I thought like that also, where is all the S and crank course style stuff in real life, but then only when I tried going inside places like multistorey carparks did I realise how tight and narrow some of the corners are. Especially the ramps going up and down inside them, very easy to scratch the corners which is why you always see many scratches and marks on the sides Laughing

eh wait, correct la.. the thing is go in order one. the paper u pick out, contains the name of the next person he is gonna call.. so its the person who drew ur name that saboed u.. the route is like if start from 3 den 4,5,6 etc..
