Draw.
After the tiger realised his folly, he will run away, neither
wins. The elephant will be too slow to catch up with the tiger.
But if it's a pride of lions and a lone elephant, definitely the
lions win. I have seen this on BBC's Planet Earth, where this pride
of one dozen African Lions near a water hole brought down an
elephant.
