its about the guardians particulars part.

is it compulsory despite already putting parents details on it?

anyone mind helping me by answering the above?

Hi I know it's kind of like a silly question but I really need to get this clear for the guardian part is I randomly put one of my relatives one....

No need to fill in guardians portion if your parents are currently your guardians (ie. you are living with your mother and/or father) as your parents are your guardians. You only need to fill in the guardians portion if you are not living with your parents due to whatever circumstances (ie, both are no longer among the living, both in jail or overseas and unreachable)
