Hello,
are you specifically interested in only CJC and MJC or perhaps
the Arts stream in general.
If you are interested in the former then I would suggest CJC
because I'm an old boy! Haha, jokes aside I personally feel that
standards wise both CJC and MJC are on par if you are talking about
the Arts stream. Rankings can back me up on this. When I was still
in college the cut-off point was 14 for Arts, I believe it is now
11 or 12? Furthermore CJ has a very strong Arts culture and
experienced and knowledgeable teachers who know what they are
doing. For my batch of History and Lit students, we had 100% passes
and 75% distinctions! With the introduction of the new ELP or smtg
like that, CJ arts faculty is actually more enhanced towards
provided you with a better arts education. Another plus point is
that the school is located right next to town!
I don't think I'm the right person to comment about MJ since I'm
not an alumni.
So here's my 2 cents worth. I encourage you to go to CJ or maybe
just check out the culture and student life there during the open
houses. I never regretted going there.
