I wanna complain to town council.
why don't you collect all the flyers, put them with your
newspapers and bundle them for recycling?
if everyone does that, will we need sweepers to clear up our
litter?
complaining and increasing the frequency of sweeping will never
solve the problem.. for all the praising of the Japanese whose
streets are almost litter-free, do we actually add to the problems
ourselves? or do we happily blame everyone else and every other
nationality around (even though they do it)
if we set an example where we litter everything everywhere, the
foreigners are going to take our lead and do the same...
