ah pek die in toilet?

nowadays like many sg ah pek & ah ma work as cleaner. if when i old still have to work as cleaner the only thing i very scare is will i die in toilet while doing sai kang. if really happen to me poor thing sia toilet so dirty. stress ah. i think no one here wanna die in the toilet gua. true?
