I drain out everything worth money and pump all into this
house.....worth it? My wife say yes, I listen to her sometime is
wrong..... 
I might be able to live like a King those time.....might not
even need to drive taxi....hahaha
But after empty all my cash.....I'm just like a ordinary people
except no mortgage loan to worry, but still got to pay bill

It is true.... this I have to agree
but.... i dun want to wake up and cannot find my
Viano. 
Anyway, interest rates in bank are so miserable and inflation is
getting higher.... Get a better value of money is not a bad thing,
rather than paying the compounded interest.
