so cannot fall into the minimum requirement to lend
money....
and those I dun even know in person. 
Usually white kakis open CB mouth minimum $500.....
Most of them back log on rental, can understand la.....
Than some money stuck on account jobs, bo pian......
If I can help, I don't mind helping, most of them borrow,
return, borrow again, return....never ending 1, but at least the
effort is there......
Better than those, borrow....disappear....than want to borrow
again.....lol
