As for Transcab (aka Dynasty),
I'm not too sure. Their current fleet is already giving a
big headache to their machancis and even to their Operation Manager
(aka Jasmine). 
Morever, the current fleet (of 100 or lesser dued to unrepaired
vehicles) , is about 5 yrs plus
old. They still got 2-2.5yrs of lifespan to go.
Transcab is famous for their Toyota wish taxis, is believed to
concentrate on their normal taxis growth rather than putting their
investment on the limousine branded cabs.
