if long time then call once.... then you should prize higher
than the normal rates (as quoted by you).
Somebody called me 3 days ago and asked me to do a 10hrs
disposal job at 30pts(per hour)... knn... I rather stay at home
watching TV.

We, as limousine drivers dun cut corners.... market may be weak,
but not to that extend that I need to do cut-down rates to
survive.
Maybe the caller wants to OR 10pts from me from
every hours I do.... but never a 30pts for a Mercedes Viano.
Other may want to do... but not me. sorry.
