One policy in SMRT I am not too happy about....
If you want to resign and get back your security deposit, you
need to submit a letter and request for a refund of the deposit,
which will take 6 fucking
long months - before they will either send you a
cheque or deposit into your account.
Why need 6 months ? No other market players take that
long....is it a penalty the ex-drivers got to pay if they leaves
SMRT for other companies ?
I drove their Mercedes limousine cab for 3 months only, before
Transcab got a newer Mercedes for me, at the same rental. I
got my security deposit refunded after 6 months. 
Haha wad to do cdg new car will take a long time. . I wanna get one
asap which mean the 1 yr contract will also end early next yr
(actually 6 mths ok liao)... Most limo fleet are aging and i think
this one year gona see some changes and industry testing for
replacement? So i though this 1 yr is good to just wait and see
what the companies are coming out with...
