Me, very clear cut, sideline property agent, license one, don
play play..
Disadvantage is income not stable, output of $ sometime will
drag something like 3-6 months in order to input..
Very competitive market, you can serve the client for one month,
than suddenly another agent protong jalan..that’s it, no fair game
one..
